The official meeting time for this board has been set as the first Wednesday of the month (except July and December) at 5:00 pm. However, there may be changes in the meeting time due to conflicting schedules. Any changes in meeting times will be posted on the library bulletin board, the website and on the outside door of the facility. Meetings are open to the public and the current agenda will be posted on the website and an outside door of the facility 24 hours prior to the meeting per Open Meeting Laws requirements. Thus all items for the agenda should be submitted to the president 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
