I really enjoyed all of the creative stories that the third graders read today at the library during lunch hour. So did more than 25 visitors, grandparents, parents and siblings. It was a little scary for some of the readers but they did a great job reading at the big podium (on a footstool!) in our meeting room. Some of the stories were sweet and touching, others were a litany of friends' names and titles of video games, while some portrayed a more violent Christmas, including the one where a multitude of people got run over by a bunch of reindeer....Did you know that your library was such a patron of the arts?!!
